1. Will the ncaa get involved since the schools were pretending some students were athletes when they were not.

2. Will it affect recruiting.

don't see why the NCAA would care given that they could care less about North Carolina's fake classes

The only part that remotely surprised me was the fake athletes. The rest came as no surprise at all. I suspected this for many years.

Because they didn't really have the jurisdiction. That falls under the accreditation agency, and it's not a violation of NCAA rules because it was offered to the entire student body. Finally, they weren't "fake" classes, just really, really easy classes.
