I agree it would be very costly, especially now with post-COVID supply chain problems. Building materials are apparently very expensive right now. Seems like they had some trouble raising the $155M for the facility renovation so the $500M or more seems an impossible goal. NU needs a new stadium but it's unlikely to happen any time soon.
