I would hope husker ties have nothing to do with any hires. Get the best you can!

Agree. Program ties shouldn't be a criterion, but if you can get a top guy like Joseph who happens to have the ties, then so much the better.

I agree completely. But if Joseph is a serious candidate, who's the force behind the potential hire, who's idea was it to consider MJ? Frost or the new, as yet unnamed, OC?
