We need an AD that is more hands on with operations. Someone who is not afraid to bring in a new DC or a rugby tackling expert.
I like moos but the frost contract extension was a very poor decision.

Frost and Hoiberg were both splash hires at the time. Every college with a HC opening wanted Frost.

We don't know if B.M. was "signaling" that he may be done in 1-2 years, like HCSF. He may have offered a contract extension, knowing the BM may leave before then and by doing so, he is preparing the way for the next AD to "deal" with HCSF. I'm just saying.
