How do you know these things? Do you have a contact in the Dept.? Just curious.
Totally agree. It's been frustrating not to break through in a state that we border and in which we used to have a fair amount of success.
I'm sure the on-field results of the last five years haven't made it any easier, especially in the St. Louis area which is 6+ hours away by car.
Ohio State and Notre Dame are probably partially to blame. They take a bunch of talent out of there.
