you will need
boneless skinless chicken breast.
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 8 0z sour cream
1/2 stick of butter
papprika
1 can of French's Fried Onions
prep:
cut chicken breast into thirds long way and place in 9 x 11 glass dish
salt and pepper the chicken strips and sprinkle papprika on them.
cut the butter into pads and place on chicken strips
bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
while you are waiting:
mix both cans of soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
after 25 minutes
drain butter and chicken juices into the soup mixture in the large bowl and mix well.
pour mixture over chicken strips and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
when you have 10 minutes left, sprinkle the can of Frenches fried onion's over the top.
Serve over egg shell pasta noodles or rice.
p.s dont get any on your forehead, your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get it off.
