I used to get excellent chipped beef at a butcher in Plainview, but that was a long time ago and a long ways away now.
Any tips on knowing where to get good chipped beef? By that, I mean should I focus on Amish meat markets, German ones, Kosher ones, etc. I know the ones at the supermarkets are not very good.
