Smoking Tide pods as soon as I get it out of the shipping crate! Why would anyone eat smoked pellets? :Giggle:
People may laugh, but I bought a Pit Barrel Cooker a couple of years ago and have never looked back. My old (cheap) offset smoker made some pretty good meat, but this thing is just as good with a heck of a lot less work. No more stoking or dampening the fire every 30 minutes.
Don't bother taking them out of the crate. It brings out more flavor if it's all cooked at once.Smoking Tide pods as soon as I get it out of the shipping crate!
