this is a fascinating lawsuit. Not even sure where i stand on it, seems to me the patrons will win this but it should be interesting to watch

I saw this last night, and was trying to make sense out of it. From what I understand, the Golden Nugget believes the gamblers were in cahoots with the card machine manufacturer? That would be Ocean's 11 and 13 type shenanigans.

Golden Nugget is wrong and should pay the winnings. The pitboss should have noticed the astronomical wagering patterns and put a stop to it. Go Players!!

If you dont see the pattern at least 3 decks into an 8 deck shoe then you deserve to lose. these players were merely playing the hands that were being dealt. The casino's beef should be solely with the manufacturer. The decks were certified pre-shuffled. Now if they were passing chips to others to make larger bets, that I have issue with. The surveillance footage should be able to sort it out. Any and all hands played after chips were passed should be null and void.

Exactly right. I am not sure why there would be pre-shuffled decks anyway. I always thought dealers where supposed to spread a new deck out to show all of the cards are indeed there.
