    Leftover Smoked Chicken Help!!!!

I have some leftover smoked chicken that I would like to turn into breakfast tacos. Other than the chicken, lettuce, cheese, eggs, sour cream, salsa and bacon what else would you add?

It doesn’t matter if the glass is half full or half empty. What matters is you have a glass that has something in it. Some people have no glass, or have a glass with nothing in it. So appreciate all that is in your life and quit questioning whether your glass in half full or half empty.

The last time I had left over Smoked Chicken was not that long ago on one of the first cool weekends. Turned it into a Chickened based Chili. It was GREAT!
