Added a new Toy This Weekend!

I took a weber smoke joe gold and turned it into a mini weber smokey mountain. I can do two items on this little monster. chicken, pork butt, or ribs, take your pick.

absolutely. You would have to get there early, Its a smoker but you could remove the middle and use it to do burgers or steaks.

I wont be tailgating but I can use this instead of my stick burner when I am just cooking for my family on game day. It takes very little fuel and almost no baby sitting.

Where did you find that gem? I have a Weber Smoky Joe that could use such a transformation.

We cut up two whole pork loins this weekend and vac-bagged them. One of the roasts would look REAl good in that thing.

my first cook on Lil Red. I did these St. Louis ribs and they turned out almost perfect. I pulled them at 6.5 hrs and put some sauce on them, foiled them, and then let them rest under a towel in a cooler for about 1 hr. I am going to enjoy using this this fall.
