Rick Reilly has this one right. Try timing the minutes and seconds between innings and pitches. There is a time limit and it is not being enforced. It drives me crazy and Mr. Reilly finally says something about this problem. http://espn.go.com/espn/story/_/id/8...e-play-problem.
