Does anyone know if the Huskers are recruiting Tyrone Ward, a JC linebacker?

I posted a thread on him awhile back...a kid from Oakland CA....he made a visit a month or so back....no offer and probably won't be if we land Newby....suspect he will be a late backup option if all else falls through....we have a connection with San Francisco CC with Zac Lee and Gomes among others to boot...

Notre Dame only had one Rudy but Nebraska gets a new crop of Rudys every season
If he is as good as advertised, I would not be mad if we took 3-4 high school LBs and then Ward. Someone stated he may be the best JUCO LB in the country? I don't think you can pass that up...especially with our MLB graduating this year. That would give us more time to develop the 2012 and 2013 guys and not burn a redshirt unnecessarily.
He is highly regarded...and I agree if a spot is open and he is still uncommited then take him....

I think that even if we get 4 LBs in this class we can still land a commitment from him as he has already stated that we are his top choice and would most likely commit after an offer. I believe he's a 3-2 guy
