George Zimmerman Passed lie detector test
Along with questions about whether his first name was George and if it was Monday, Zimmerman was asked, “Did you confront the guy you shot?’ He answered, “No.” He was also asked, “Were you in fear for your life, when you shot the guy.” Zimmerman replied, “Yes.”

It's not a lie if *you* believe it.

Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.” - Gamalie the Pharisee - Addressing the Sanhedrin regarding the new group called Christians

Lie detector passed, eyewitness at the scene backing up story, forensics showing a shot 6 inches away, head wounds to back up story of being hit on cement and all this adds up to a Murder 2 indictment.

I agree Murder 2 is too much. I am thinking manslaughter. Or something to do with force used was more then what was received. >>
>>
Example if a guy just punch’s you in the face and you are a black belt and you kill the guy they could use that against you. >>

I think Murder 2 is a political think based off the evidence I have seen in the media to this point. Will have to let the court sort it out.>>

I have taken a polygraph for security clearance purposes and it is not an easy thing to do even when you have nothing to hide. I can't imagine how difficult it would be if you were completely lying. Zimmerman voluntarily went to police, allowed them to film him, and took a lie detector test all without an attorney. I would tend to believe the story he is telling as the truth. Now, some may argue that the truth was criminal, but that is something else.
Considering that this charge against him requires the prosecution to prove his mental state and that he knowing did not fear for his safety at the time of the shooting, this type of evidence is only going to hurt them more. They don't seem to have evidence of the charge they have against him and they also have exculpatory evidence contradicting the charge.

I was stating a fact only. No judgement on Zimmerman.

I got it, and while you said if you were schooled correctly, I would not put that statement in the fact column. It would be extremely difficult to beat the test, let alone twice. And that level of difficulty would probably hinge on the test administrator and what they knew about you.

You can literally learn how to beat them online. A "lie detector" isn't even possible with today's technology. All it does is monitor biological information. It cannot tell if you are lying or fantasizing about midget porn or doing complicated math in your head or imagining the happiest time of your life. There is simPly no way for the machine or the man running it to know you are lying. Once you understand and accept that very basic fact.....beating it gets infinitely easier. I've taken three of them.

A polygraph is as good as the person administering the test. I doubt Zimmerman had the time to research any worthwhile methods to "beat" it.

If he had longer than a few days, he had plenty of time.
By the way, I don't think he did.

If you don't think it is wrong to lie you don't have to prepare for it. Not saying that is the case but they are easy to beat. It is hard to beat for someone who has been taught from day one that when you lie it is wrong.
