Are graduate assistants allowed to recruit? i would think that T J Hollowell would be a natural recruiter in the state of Texas given his career in High School and with the Huskers.

No.....unless a regular coach is unable to as When Marrow (as an example) stepped in and did so with Barney Cotton out from shoulder surgery.....

Notre Dame only had one Rudy but Nebraska gets a new crop of Rudys every season
