    Johnny Stanton coming back!!!!!!!!!!

He will be bringing pretty much his whole family back with him to Lincoln on Tuesday now that they are back from Italy! More details to come!
I would give my life for anyone one of them as i would my own family. -Pops

It doesn’t matter if the glass is half full or half empty. What matters is you have a glass that has something in it. Some people have no glass, or have a glass with nothing in it. So appreciate all that is in your life and quit questioning whether your glass in half full or half empty.

What does this mean for Kincade and his 2014 classmate?

Do the Huskers take both Kincade and Stanton? Or just one or the other?

I checked out his high school on Rivals - Seven D1 football recruits from his high school. Depending on how you count them, roughly the same number of D1 recruits from his high school as there are in total from the states of Nebraska and Iowa combined.

Is he the one who was invited to the Elite 11 camp (the national one)?

It would be an out of the park home run to get both committed to the Huskers. They each have great skill sets to bring to the Husker table.

    What are the odds?

Personally, I love that Stanton is coming back with the family. He had been invited to Wisconsin's camp (6/24-6/26) and will instead be bringing the family to Lincoln. Excellent news, no matter which way to spin it.

Kincade? Eh. He's deciding without having seen Nebraska. I don't like our odds there. However, I won't be surprised if Nebraska pushes for an official after his commitment.

I see more of an Stanton/Hobbs duo at NU but we shall see.

I tend to agree with you....and he has said he will make an official visit in the fall....but that remains to be seen is Stanton commits...which I suspect he will if all goes well with the family visit...

Certainly makes more sense with the second QB being a QB/Ath....

I agree, just saying I wouldnt be surprised with that duo. With Armstrong and possibly Stanton, if you bring in a Kincaide there arent enough snaps to go around if you ask me. We have had plenty of qbs leave the program lately, dont wanna see the trend continue.

If he comes here it will be as a WR in my opinion...guy is a great runner in traffic and in the open field...

I just do not see us taking two pure QBs nor would many if any kids put themselves into that position....

Stanton is the #1 guy on the board, as we both know, and I think we are about to seal that one up....which is a good thing...

Who comes after that we shall see...

Honestly, I rarely watch the videos, as I think you really can't tell a whole lot w/o knowing the competition level. That being said, I watched this one, and while he didn't look "fast" he looked dang good. showing the play from different angles and such, I also wonder if they used any clips from his soph. year. not many people can have that many nice throws to showcase in highschool season it would seem.

( I don't know if M. Nobler that many passing highlights from 2011 at his disposal. )
