With the exception of the Boston/Mass, age, and the Senator part, most of these would apply to almost every Presidential candidate that makes it to the general election.

...except #s 2, 6, 8, 11, 12, 16, 17, & 19. Aside from those, you are right on!

OMG Romney is really Kerry? If so I guess I will vote for the Kerry-like guy this time.

Mortie,
Are these questions you thought up all by yourself? #13 you have wrong. Kerry might credit for possessing someone elses wealth but he hasn't earned GREAT wealth.
The richest? That would be Sen. John Kerry, (D-Mass.), who tops the list for the second year with a minimum net worth of $186.6 million, a boost of about $20 million from 2008, with much of it credited to his wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry.
Is this quiz supposed to have some relevance?

Are you trying to be cute by claiming that he didn't "earn" it or that the money is someone else's? Or do you think that $200M is not that much? How about Romney's $250M?
Is this quiz supposed to have some relevance?
...just interesting to think about the striking similarities between the 2004 and 2012 elections. Elite, out-of-touch challenger from Ivy League background and Massachusetts politics challenges an unpopular incumbent. Would probably do better if not for painful and detached public personas. Etc. Etc.
Certainly not as relevant as clip art of people getting punched.

Right, most the wealth he is credited for is his wife's......Read the link.

The election will not be between Obama-Romney as much as it will represent a referendum on Obama's presidency. It wouldn't matter if Romney or Kerry was the opponent.

I don't disagree, Doc. I just think it is interesting when history repeats itself.

Then why are you libs crying about Bain for?

Most of these "similarities" aren't really relevant, IMO.

I don't think the libs are making as much hay about it as the Romney campaign as it is the entirety of all that "private business" and "job creation" expertise that Mitt has.

...and the similarities just keep on coming!
The last thing Mitt Romney needs is a John Kerry moment that conjures up F. Scott Fitzgerald’s description of the very rich: “They are different from you and me.”
But like an early Independence Day gift to Democrats, there it was: the image of a grinning Mitt and wife, Ann, enjoying a perfect summer day on a jet ski on Lake Winnipesaukee in Wolfeboro, N.H., where the GOP’s presumptive presidential nominee owns a lust-inducing lakefront vacation home. The photo of the contented pair skimming joyfully over the water is a natural bridge to the next, less-quoted, line from Fitzgerald’s 1926 short story, “The Rich Boy”: “They possess and enjoy early, and it does something to them, makes them soft, where we are hard, cynical where we are trustful, in a way that, unless you were born rich, it is very difficult to understand.”

Yeah, poor people definitely don't jetski....

These sort of reaches, such as comparing Romney to Kerry and the jet ski picture to the windsurfing, just come off as desperate.

Can we just drive a nail in this thread by saying that Kerry lied about his military service and married Mrs. Ketchup and be done with it?

Read the article, CM -- I am not reaching for anything.
These candidates are, essentially, the same person. They even make the same vacationing faux pax!
