It doesn’t matter if the glass is half full or half empty. What matters is you have a glass that has something in it. Some people have no glass, or have a glass with nothing in it. So appreciate all that is in your life and quit questioning whether your glass in half full or half empty.

Well, it's not an extension. It's his original contract.
I really hate Penn State! (And I'm not that wild about Iowa either.)

His salary actually isn't that high, believe it or not. But you're right, those days are gone.

I don't want to ruin Skunk's rep, but I have to report that he is a very hospitable and generous guy, besides being a super Husker fan.

this part confuses me a bit but shows you where expectations are

He gets a bigger bonus for NIT then big ten coach of year!

Since coach of the year sometimes is about improvement, at Nebraska it might not take much to win it.

And how is that? I realize that coaching salaries are escalating at a very fast rate and I am fine with his contract. But how has he earned it already?

Now I did not say that! I said that already he has done way way more than Doc, and Mr Miles has not even had a game yet!

I'm not sure that's true either, but you might want to check your wording in Post #8.
