Actually, Obama basically implemented everything the prior administration had put in place. The only Obama policy was the stimulus. The bank bailout, auto bailout, Iraq withdrawal plan, Afghanistan strategy, and covert operations plans were all carry overs of items already put in place or in motion as he entered office.
