Yep! Give me Bush II, Obama or Clinton - and with 20/20 hindsight I'm voting for Clinton as I hold my nose due to the stench from his personal behavior!

(And, I think one is part of the "fringe" if they're regularly invoking that kind of disrespectful image - once on a bbs I'll give you a pass - just don't repeat it, sonny!

Only in sexually repressed America. Too bad we were founded by Puritans. Everyone would be soooo much happier.

As the most powerful man on the planet in terms of his position - and with a young intern as the "conquest", I think its fair to use the word "coercion" with respect to that incident. Couple that with his reprehensible and ridiculous attempts at bald-faced lies to cover it up - and I think this was much more than "sexually repressed America."

Clintons crime was not what he did but that he did it with an ugly chick, in his position you should expect more.

    Says one of said Americans.

But I must admit, your post hit on what was different about this than European leaders having adult mistresses. He took advantage of an intern. And in this day and age that is harrassment in the workplace because one is the boss/supervisor of the other. I was being tongue in cheek before. You are right. There is no way it was not bad behavior.

Thanks for the admission - and thanks less for ASSuming what you don't have any idea about regarding my beliefs about sexuality.

OK, no problem - because I'm SURE you'd not mind at all if anyone made similar references to you directly...

You quote where i made direct references to you and we can discuss. It was not my intent, because I know nothing about you, other than you are likely an American, just like the rest of us.

...you meant Bush I, right? I don't know of any fiscal conservative to want II back in the Oval.

I believe what McKinney was saying was that as between Bush II, Clinton, and Obama, he would vote for Clinton.

Yeah, McKinney and I were on the same page on that one, even with the sexual abuse of power and lying coverup by Willy C.
