Marco Rubio has criticized Obama on more than one occasion for using a teleprompter. I found it quite humorous that he totally embarrassed himself the other day when as he concluded a speech he found he had forgotten the last page of the speech. It doesn't matter whether the speech is read from note cards, pages of paper or a teleprompter and to suggest otherwise is just mindless ridicule for ridicule's sake. What matters is what the content of the speech is and how it is delivered.
