I like his guy. Keeps his head up. Simple rush aversion. Not many non-essential movements. This is a guy I think could take teaching well based on his skills now.
Nebraska fans, this is called someone in your conference having your back…welcome to the Big Ten. - HawkeyeNation
2 QB's wouldn't scare Aaron Bailey away either, the spin is "this is how much we need to find the QB of our future".
Looking at it from a recruits perspective, smart money is on TMart having the job for the next 2 years. Even if Carnes wins the job for his Senior campaign, the QB of the future isn't even on campus yet....unless Marsh or Broekmeier win it. But from a recruits stand-point, they think that they can beat out a walk-on. So i'm sure the coaches are saying, once Carnes and Martinez are gone, either Armstrong wins the job with 3 years to start, or whoever we get this year with 4 years to start. That is VERY enticing to an incoming recruit.
One school of thought, to some folks I have spoken to, is that we may just do that....I can see a need this year....Bubba going baseball and Turner to WR makes a good case for it....with only one skollie QB on the books over the past two years....Armstrong....
Does Turner stick to WR or does he perhaps move back to QB to compete with Carnes after Martinez graduates?

I think he will stay put at WR as a certain pro-coach said he likes the potential of Turner at that position and I wouldn't doubt other NFL scouts would like the same in the up coming years.
I like how his throws seem so effortless! Already has good pocket presence and footwork! His running style reminds me of Taylor in how his body is straight up and down.
This guy is still available. He just may be the perfect fit.
Bear Bryant: "But it's still a coach's game. Make no mistake. You start at the top. If you don't have a good one at the top, you don't have a cut dog's chance. If you do, the rest falls into place."
