Nate replaced John Talman at HIO.....some good stuff here...
--Great thing for not playing a game was all of the one-on-one time the coaches got with the recruits
--Turned out as good as the Huskers could have hoped for
--Turning point in the recruitment of some of these guys---in a very positive way
--Believes DE A.J. Natter from Wisconsin will be the next commitment (a little birdy confirmed this for me)
--Spent four days on campus and this was his fourth visit to Nebraska
--QB Aaron Baily was blown away after this visit....came with his step-father from Illinois.....first visit to Nebraska....
--Most impressed that when they stepped on campus that Nebraska did not try to hard-sell them and that the coaches were just down to earth normal people...
--They left Nebraska with the Huskers top of Aaron's list....Looks like it is down to Nebraska and Ohio State (who already have a QB recruit....he has not visited Ohio State yet and they will not offer him until they see him in person) and Nate thinks it will be good news for us....
--Joe Mathis came with his coach from Upland, CA....spent a couple of extra days too and it was the best visit they have been on....by far the best and they visited Michigan last weekend....Huskers now are on top for Joe...load of offers to boot....
--Facilites open the door for recruits and they like the personalities of the coaches and how they treat them....not salesman and honest with them.....Bo tells them what he expects and doesn't sell a bag of goods....highly touted kids respect that....a good approach....
--Huskers are not missing on quality of commits thus far....all three commits are very impressive prospects with tons of potential.....
--Expects Josh Banderas to recruit for the class....this years Michael Rose....which is why he committed before the Spring Game in order to recruit for the Huskers and will continue to do so.....and hard....
