Guess it wasn't the radio where I heard the airline analogy...and it IS a good one.

Sounds like a swipe at your running mate, Greatest Fan of All?
The only thing worse than having nothing to say is saying it.

No swipe at all, especially when you consider why I selected the GFOA moniker (which you'd already know, if you'd been paying attention at all during all these years).

At the risk of forcing the discussion into the cafe, there are two types of people in the world: The makers, and the takers.
The takers (gimme, gimme), are crying and demanding refunds.
The makers are willing to donate this money to the University.
Cheers to the latter, jeers to the former.

"I love it here," Pelini said. "I've said this before: This is not a steppingstone job. This is a destination. I enjoy what I'm doing here, I love who I'm working with, I love who I'm working for. I'm not looking for another job. I'm committed to winning a championship here. I'm passionate about winning a championship here."

I demand that you retract this statement.
Lord loves a workin' man; don't trust whitey; see a doctor and get rid of it.

LOL, that is as silly as a post ever gets. The only thing right about it is there are 2 kinds of people, those that deal fairly with others and those that don't. People that deal fairly with others expect to get what they pay for, those that don't, think it's OK to deal unfairly with others.

There's two kinds of people...the takers and the takers.....it's just a matter of who you're taking from. Those "makers" took their money from someone too....they just took more so they can afford to donate more.

Not at all...I'd take more to do my job too if my boss was willing to give me more. I just made a terrible career choice. Hell, if I could throw a 95MPH cutter, I'd be in the majors taking more...or if I ran Apple and folks were willing to pay the outrageous amounts for the iToys that they do, I'd keep hiking prices and taking more..the list can go on and on.
