This is something he's done last year too. I have to say, I love this idea, unfortunately my schedule ATM doesn't allow me to make a practice (although I maybe able to make one next week).

Also, I like how Coach Kill implies the problem Nebraska would have with practicing the same open practice policies is a good one to have and wouldn't mind having that problem.

That's pretty cool that he signs thank you notes to the fans who came to watch. I can only imagine how long it would take Pelini to do the same if just one practice was open to the fans.
