#1 NY Rangers vs. #8 Ottawa

Predictions:
NY Rangers in 5 - The Rangers have a great D and Ottawa is very porous
Washington in 6 - Surprise, surprise.. defending champs outted in 1st round.. Washington gave Boston all it could handle during the regular season.
New Jersey in 4 - The Devils are playing some very good hockey right now.. Florida, not so much.
Pittsburgh in 7 - This one is tough.. both playing good, but Sid and Malkin put a little something extra in to playoffs.
2nd round:
NYR > Wash in 6
NJ > Pitt in 5
On to the East, now that they finally have everything settled.. nice win by the Rangers and 2OT thriller in FLA, which btw I stayed up and watched.
I thought the Rangers would have had an easier time with Ottawa's D, but finally got the series completed. Spot on with Washington.. I knew they could take down the B's with how they played. NJ in 4? Well, FLA had some timely goals and pushed them to 7, and PIT > PHA I knew was going to be good, just not so high scoring as it was. 2-2 in the West and 3-1 in the East for my picks, which I would take any day in Vegas if I only bet .
I still think its NYR > Wash in 6 and will take NJ > PHA in 5.. On to the Semis starting TONIGHT in Phoenix at 9:00 EST! Stay tuned, its going to be a wild ride

So in the East all the lower seeds pulled an upset, except in the 1 vs. 8 series where the favorite 1 seed pulled it out. While in the West all of the higher seeds won, except in the 1 vs. 8 series where the underdog 8 seed pulled an upset.
