Wow what a game, both teams dead tired after that. Emotional edge to the Rangers. Callahan was a beast tonight and Gaborik seemed to have that little extra burst when he needed it. Girardi...wow, how tough are these guys, just out stitches in my forehead, send me back in 5min later and Lundqvist was incredible.

Holtby played incredible for Washington as well

Nice win for the Rangers.. many "just missed" shots for both teams that could have ended it. Nashville takes the first home game from Phoenix to make it 2-1. Had they gone down 3-0, the series could have been over soon, as is it, they are able to hold, but without home ice they will need to do more.

    Tonight.. PHI @ NJ (1-1) - game three - 7:30 EST and STL @ LA - 10 EST (0-2)

Completely clean as Staal took as much as he got. AO knew it was clean and just kept skating.

Absolutely clean in my opinion too. I wonder if you'd feel the same way if one of my Flyers was dishing it out, that's all

I'd be okay with it as the Rangers would be up 3 goals when the Flyers went into "goon mode".

    Yeah that is vintage Flyers...

Speaking of them....Jersy with 2 goals in 20 second leads 2-1 after one....seem to be wearing Philly down....

I don't think we will find out as I think Jersey is going to win the series with Philly....they can play defense and have a Hall Of Fame goalie...

LAK are the hottest team right now, hands down! Bettman has to be overjoyed a little on the inside in hopes of a NYR v LAK finals.

Tonight its PHX v NSH, game 4 with PHX up 2-1 @ 7:30 EST. If PHX wins, I think they win in 5, if they loose, the series will go to 7.

Here is an interesting fact that I learned today. Henrik Lundqvist was drafted in the 7th and final round of the 2000 NHL draft. Nice find indeed.

Capitals absolutely peppered Lundqvist on their 1st power play and he stopped everything.
