Masters
Probably more so than any other game/tournament I think the Masters is the greatest live sporting event to watch on TV. Especially this year with Tiger,Phil Rory, Westwood, Donald coming in hot , Keegan Bradley, Bubba Watson this is setting up to be a great Masters.
Looking forward to Thursday,

I completely share your excitement Lakewood. Based on his personal misconduct and his demeanor, I can't say I'm a big fan of Tiger, but golf is so much more interesting when he is a factor. I imagine it's because it's cool to be able to see the best that ever played, and the only way Tiger can claim that title is if he eclipses Jack's record on majors.

Sunday back 9 at Augusta doesn't get much better for drama and excitement plus only 4 minutes of commercials helps also.
one of these years I will bite the bullet and pay a scalper fee to get into see a masters live in person

Definitely a bucket list item for me as well.

Made it to Augusta about 6-7 years ago. Granted, it was only for a practice round, but that place is immaculate.

Skipped the pimento sandwich...yuck!!
A couple of us had to get back (dumb work obligations) so it wasn't an option to stay longer.

I'm surprised RP hasn't replied to this thread yet, thinking it was about him (based on the title)

If you want to go vintage, Tom Watson is 500-1 and Craig Stadler is 1000-1.

Not a huge golf fan myself, but some of those courses are a real treat to see on TV in high definition. It's like going outside, except without that pesky "going outside" stuff

Last year in Jan I bought a $10.00 at the venetian sports book on Charl Scwartzel he was 60-1. My wife and friends and I were all in Vegas on Masters weekend and we stood in the sportsbook and watched the last 2 hours and couldn't believe when Schwartzel won. I went up and cashed in my ticket and the guy turned to the book manager and said "here's the guy who had the Schwartzel ticket" I was the only one in the Venetian sports book to bet on Schwartzel pre tournament.
This year I have bets on schwartzel 30-1, Keegan Bradley 25-1, Louis oosthuizen 100-1, miguel angel jimenez 150-1 and Rory McElroy at 6-1. made those bets last month. we will be back in vegas this weekend to enjoy concerts and hopefully cash in another ticket

Just wait until my "Royals winning the 2012 World Series" ticket hits.

Which represents the longest odds? The above or winning the Megamillions lottery?
