I have to drive in there almost weekly to make deliveries and I can't believe how fast it is going up. They have completed inclosed the bowl now and you have to drive between pillars to get inside of it.

Are you allowed to snap some pictures while you're in there?

I'm sure I probably could, haven't been told otherwise. I will see what I can come up with next time I'm in there.

    Very cool. Thanks.

I wonder how the building of the winning team that's going to play there is going.

that would be sweet pride! I have yet to see any pictures with a vantage point from inside. The www.haymarketnow.com site is pathetic at posting updated pics. It's really only good for the webcam.

Max, I hate to link ya to another board, but check out posts 880 and 881 at this site. This guy goes down and takes pictures every week of the arena and stadium. The athletic department is doing a terrible job covering the stadium expansion IMO so I was forced to look elsewhere for some updates. Hope I didn't break any rules by linking that, but it's worthwhile viewing nonetheless.

Would it be the Athletic department's job -- or the city of Lincoln ? Maybe that's the problem -- both think the other is going to take the reigns. But I agree -- this should be readily updated by someone -- heck, why not a live webcam?

There actually is a live webcam for the arena. I was referring more to the coverage of Memorial Stadium expansion. Especially when you compare it to how well UW is covering Husky Stadium renovations.

The Washington coverage is AMAZING, although I hesitate to call that a remodel as it is essentially a complete rebuild.

Yeah, no doubt. In the end it will look like it was just a renovation, but the only thing they left standing was the north upper deck. Everything else will be brand new.

Thanks for sharing that Impaler. That was what I wanted to see, really. Looks pretty cool. Too bad they didn't go inside.

Yeah, I was disappointed with that aspect as well but it was a cool video and should make the Haymarket area all the more fun.
