    The leadership thing again from Cam... Seniors want to step it up....everyoen becoming more aware of their actions and how it effect the team...

    Spring important as a D-line working with Coach Kaz for the first time....looking forward to it....

    Off season meetings have helped allot....letting players talk openly t othe coaches in the same room....

    Meetings discussed the process and where the team is headed....details etc that will help in the fall....

    All of the guys last year didn't get the offense with such a big change...thinks guys are now....light is coming on...

    Would like to see 50-50 pass/run....and attacking offense....

    Said the off season meetings have helped a great deal.....team has really grown....

    Take a test each week....have to pass it to go on to the next week....each group helps each other....back to basic's

    He taught the blitz's....
