Sorry to bring this up again, but in the interest of fairness I want to apologize publicly to Tango for calling him a racist in an earlier thread. Tango, without having had an opportunity to discuss with you your remarks in the original thread, it was wrong of me to assert that you are a racist. I am genuinely sorry that I did that.

I thought I should apologize publicly since I made the accusation publicly, especially because the charge is a particularly damaging one. But I'm not trying to restart that discussion, so I won't respond to anyone posting here. It would be fine with me in fact if a Mod simply closed this thread now and let it rest.
