Sorry if my memory of the EXACT events of the failed events of an event from 30+ years ago.. going by Wiki, it was not the Seals, but Delta Force, second, it was hampered by weather, third, yes, like Obama, he said "OK", which was about the extent of it.

As usual of lately, RPFAIL
So it was the Delta Force Fail. Stupid stupid military. Glad you finally come to the conclusion, although forced, that Carter had nothing to do with the mission failing.
