    Remaining Targets

Who are the remaining recruits out there we have targeted and that we have a better than fifty percent chance of getting?

Alonzo Moore, Andrus Peat. Devian Shelton, Aaron Curry.
I would give my life for anyone one of them as i would my own family. -Pops

It doesn’t matter if the glass is half full or half empty. What matters is you have a glass that has something in it. Some people have no glass, or have a glass with nothing in it. So appreciate all that is in your life and quit questioning whether your glass in half full or half empty.

Not liking our chances with Valentine SB? Thinking he is Florida bound?

Right at two weeks until NSD. We've got a number of guys coming on officials this weekend, coaches making in-home visits, calls still being made. This is where it gets heart-breaking, exciting, depressing, and promising all in a matter of days.

I dont know what to feel from him. I know he was really impressed with them, and that Muschump gets the last visit so we shall see.

Knobler could very well end up being the key recruit for this season.

Here are the guys I think the staff would be happy ending this class with and Nebraska's main competition as of now:

    OT Andrus Peat (Stanford)
    QB Devin Fuller (Rutgers)
    DB Amos Leggett (Florida State)
    DB Corey Thompson (LSU)
    DB Devian Shelton (Tennessee)
    DT Vincent Valentine (Florida)
    DT Aaron Curry (Missouri)
    Ath. Alonzo Moore (Mississippi State)
    *DB Raymond Ford (Utah)
    RB/FB Imani Cross (Virginia)
    TE Keoni Bush-Loo (Arizona)

I think Raymond Ford is a plan 'B' CB recruit. I think Nebraska would take both of Leggett and Shelton at CB, but not Ford too. They prefer the other two I suspect.

Thanks N2FL. With all these fine recruits should make up for losing Knobler.

Don't count him out yet. My sources tell me he's strongly leaning Huskers.
I always turn to the sports pages first, which records people's accomplishments. The front page has nothing but man's failures.

I hope you have a linky! I cant sleep 2nite knowing we lost Mikey! Hes the pillar of this recruiting class. I know for a fact the very thought of him departing for ND is exactly why Westerkamp is staying NU and not going ND. Why try to compete with the guy!
