I really hate Penn State! (And I'm not that wild about Iowa either.)

40 vs Wisconsin and Ohio St...at least we are consistently crappy

Pathetically pathetic! We have reduced ourselves beneath what was believed to be the depths. I am waiting to listen to Doc's pathetic excuses and whinings. What embarrassment!

not saying I am openly rooting for 0-18 but I am not exactly rooting against it...It may be the only thing that would move Boehm's and Osborne's needle to remove Doc

Whatever it takes!

In a rarity, Nebraska (8-6, 0-3) corralled the opening tip - then passed the ball around the 3-point line until the shot-clock expired without even threatening to put up a field-goal attempt.

Well, I guess Doc's message got through to the squad. NO shot is better than a QUICK shot, eh Doc?
The product this fool is putting on court if a joke. Truly unbelievable. He's got his kids so scared to shoot before 10 seconds they simply DON'T BOTHER to shoot! And fRed....don't come with "he wasn't speaking literally" bullcrap. He said it TWICE after the Wisco game and it's obvious he meant it.
It's time for Doc to do the right thing and resign effective at the end of the season.

On the bright side, after putting down 3-15 semi-jokingly in the conference record prediction contest, it now appears to be my contest to lose. Not because I think we'll get to 3 wins necessarily, but because no one else picked us to win fewer games than that.

You're really gonna have to reach down deep to out do yourself each week the way this is going

Can I quote you on that?

The voices in my head may not be real, but they have some good ideas!

If we root hard enough 0-18 is a real possibility! Let's go Huskers!

40pts? Wow.......................

Couldn't watch the game tonight but didn't figure to miss much anyway. Going in, this looked to be toughest game of the year, and the results are pretty evident.
Tough to win when you are out-shot 53.6% to 30.8%. But what really, really makes it tough is when you have 15 defensive rebounds to the other teams' 14 offensive rebounds. There is no excuse for that. None. Rebounding is an odd stat that often gets misinterpreted. Of course, when one team shots well, and the other team does not, you expect the the good shooting team to win the rebounding battle--that is a result of them shooting so well leaving few defensive rebounds for the other team to pick from. But in this case, for every missed OSU shot, OSU had as much chance to get the rebound as NU did. Unbelievable. One of the ugliest stats I can ever remember.
How did NU only lose by 31?

I am thinking anything 4 wins or less will be enough for TO to remove Doc. But then again, weird things happen, just ask Chargers fans.

To take the rebounding stat one step further, OSU missed 30 shots tonight (counting missed FTs), NU rebounded half of them. One miss must have rolled out of bounds or been at the buzzer.
I see how OSU only won by 31, they were 2 for 17 on trey attempts (NU was 2 for 18). OSU only missed 10 shots inside of 3 point range. Wow. What an ugly game this must have been.
