ESPN story on the Big 10 in bowl games

    http://espn.go.com/college-football/...eeds-bowl-wins

And yes Sonuvahusker you can rest well knowing Nebraska is mentioned in the story.

Also your daddy, Merle, can also be assured I'm not trying to belittle Nebraska in any way.

This story was almost as awful as the Big 12.

I guess I missed where Nebraska was mentioned.

After adding Nebraska as its 12th school, the Big Ten split into two divisions

I suppose one sentence does qualify as mentioned.

The B1G routinely gets a tougher draw in the bowl matchups than the Big12 does.

Is this a fact or just opinion?

It doesn't mean it's always the case, but I'd say on typical year, the B1G will have a tougher bowl schedule than the Big12. The B1G is involved with better, more lucrative bowls, and that's the primary reason for the better matchups.

The B1G has 3 bowl games Vs SEC teams on a yearly basis. The Big12 has 1.

The B1G will go 5-5 this year. Book it Danno.

The Capitol One Bowl (SEC #2), the Outback Bowl (SEC #3/4) and the Gator Bowl (SEC #5). This year, it's two teams in the Top15.

Edit: South Carolina is #9 and UGA is #16

The B1G faces the SEC in Florida (3 games), the Big 12 in Texas and the Pac-12 in California.

If you want to base which conference has a tougher bowl draw, just go by rankings. Big 12 plays 2 ranked opponents in bowl games, B1G plays 6. Or wins. Big 12 bowl opponents averaged 7.87 wins in the regular season, while B1G opponents averaged 8.8 wins.

So, you were really adding this just to troll? Because you couldn't wait to start taking shots. You may have Max fooled but a good portion know how you roll.

So you are basing things on just one year?
