He had a good game, but threw a few ugly balls and had a TD pass where two defenders fell down. He has improved as the season has went along and has a chance to keep improving and producing at NU.
He also threw the ball 60 yards in the air and had a 50 yard punt! Thanks for sharing. Shades of Frazier for sure, looks very poised and athletic.
Side note: Not sure how good the opponent is this year, but most years Judson was a powerhouse and has won a number of state championships. This makes his performance all the more impressive, this is big-time Texas HS competition he is playing against.
I agree with Pville. He threw some terrible passes but has definitely improved. He will need a year or two of coaching and then he could be special if he continues to improve.
Only his second year as a QB.....expect him to RS next season....bottom line is he very coachable from what I have heard and the raw talent and athletic ability is there....

Notre Dame only had one Rudy but Nebraska gets a new crop of Rudys every season
This is great to hear about the young man. Can't wait to see him in the scarlet and cream. Hopefully by then we will have an actual QB coach to help him to develop at his position.

Judson is 6-2 and 1-2 in district as their new school seems like they are a little better than Judson this year....they are still a good team, just not the dominate team of the late 80's and 90's.
