12 medium jalapenos
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. turkey bacon
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and try to cut stem in half if possible.(Serves as tail.)
Scoop out seeds and fill jalapenos with softened cream cheese. Place strip of turkey
bacon across one end of jalapeno and wrap around jalapeno covering cream cheese cavity. place 1 or 2 tootpicks to secure the turkey bacon. (You may use real bacon, but flareups will occur especially if these are grilled.) Cook until bacon is done.
