Not feeling to good today....the combination of the wet cold, bucco fire works smoke and the downer of the game and I have lost my voice for the most part and have a major league chest cold....time for some more Nyquil in a few minutes...

Recognized Braylon at the tailgate yesterday....no one else, up to that point, realized it was him....went up and introduced myself and have to say he is the nicest most humble young man. He told me he had the made the trip with the Marlowe family from Ohio (teammate of Braylon at Cardinal Mooney) and was really enjoying himself. Very excited to be a Husker and said he will be in school in a couple of weeks.

I'm 5'10" and 169 and Braylon and I, standing together, looked about the same height and weight... I asked him how much he weighed and he said 193....I joked with him about that....he might weigh 193 with full uniform on and wet....

My daughter took a picture of me with him and when I feel better I'll post it....

Also BigRedMax took a group photo with the Marlowe's, Braylon and I....

Made the tailgate that much more fun....

However, after watching that pathetic OLine and realizing that the guys he will be needed to block for him are going to be coached by the same guy, I hope Heard doesn't lose his enthusiasm to be a Husker!

Was this necessary? There are a few dozen other threads about this stuff you could have posted on. Its not a bad thing to have 1 or 2 positive threads going. Sorry for calling you out, but I've seen RR taking some heat for trying to keep the boards welcoming, and I'm getting tired of the ubiquitous negativity.
