Haven't spent the time to try to figure out just how legitimate this particular one is. Recommending a complete halt to eating ALL processed meats is pretty severe though, it would seem.

Now that our youngest is moving on to elementary school, we're looking for something to get her back in the workforce. We were thinking that since we've relied solely on one income (for the most part) all these years, now would be a good time for her to start a business. The problem is, we need to get some of the creative juices flowing for an idea in the Omaha area.

I'm thinking that some sort of brainstorming activity may help to find something that she could be passionate about. Only one disclaimer: I am really not interested in getting into a restaurant/bar business.

What kind of ideas do you guys have? First let me say that I think the statutory rape laws need to be amended in some way, because many 18 year old seniors date and engage in sexual relationships with 14 year old freshmen, and I don't think that they should be charged with a felony, and I certainly don't think they should have to register as sex offenders. Heck, 100 years ago, 14 year-olds were marrying 18 year-olds.

BUT

To say that this girl is being treated unfairly because she is a lesbian is ridiculous. Even if the victims' parents did file charges because they disapproved of their daughter's lifestyle choice, the reality exists that an 18 year old had illegal sexual contact with a 14 year old.
