They'll end up in the new D2 division with everyone else that's left out. The MAC is a temporary move to try and maintain access to the CFP and really relevancy. Look for FSU to move from the ACC within a year and Clemson/UNC (one, maybe both) to follow quickly. There will be a round of 4'ish teams moving from the ACC/ND and then the P2 is officially born.
